The Project for the New town hall of Bédar (Almeria), arose from
the need to expand the municipal space due to the lack of it in
the old building.
The new building is an extension of the existing one to allows for
new services. It is distributed on three floors, one being a
basement due to the characteristics of the locality. The
architectural plan responds to the needs expressed by the real-
estate developer, and includes an exhibition hall, various
municipal offices and an auditorium. Externally, the new building
respects the image of the old building, in order to assure unity.
